Portal operator

This careers information and applicant-status portal is operated under the authority represented by its administrator. The responsible legal operator and privacy contact appear below. A record saved here is not a promise of employment or immigration assistance.

Information we collect

For general enquiries, we collect the name, email, selected country, subject and message you voluntarily submit. Do not submit passports, bank information, resumes, identity numbers or other sensitive documents.

Career-interest registrations

If you voluntarily submit an career-interest registration, we collect your name, email, optional phone and city, self-reported country, a short message, source-listing reference, submission time, server-observed IP address and user-agent. This information is stored with consent for recruitment-administration correspondence and protected dashboard review; sharing with outside organizations requires an appropriate lawful basis. We do not perform precise IP geolocation. The operator should apply a retention period of no more than 90 days by default, except where legally required, and respond to access/deletion requests.

Local interest registrations for verified job references

The optional registration form records your name, email, optional phone and city, self-reported country, years of experience, a short professional statement, selected listing reference, submission time, and server-observed IP address. We use this information only for the portal administrator correspondence and administration. The record is not automatically forwarded to third parties. No CVs, passports, identity numbers or banking information are accepted. The form can be enabled only after the operator publishes their legal identity and a privacy contact, and personal data should be deleted after a maximum of 90 days unless a valid legal need requires otherwise.

Optional applicant account access

After administrator review, the operator may authorize a private account so you can view your own submitted enquiry records and status. Account approval does not mean approval for a job or employment. Passwords are never emailed; activation and reset use time-limited, single-use links. Password hashes and activation token hashes are stored in separate restricted MySQL tables. You may request closure or deletion using the published privacy contact.

How information is used

We store correspondence to respond to enquiries, prevent misuse and improve editorial content. If SMTP email is enabled, the system sends an automated acknowledgement that explicitly does not constitute an employment decision.

Data requests

Use the contact form to request review or removal of submitted information. The site operator and its privacy contact must be listed here before live submissions. Current operator: Magil Private Limited. Privacy contact: info@magil.ltd. Data is held in the operator's MySQL database.

External services and images

Generic photos may load from Unsplash and may cause your browser to contact that service. External official websites have separate privacy practices. No tracking analytics are configured in this starter portal.
